Rena Essrog has been practicing as a therapist for over 21 years. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Florida (SW13763). Rena holds a Master’s degree in Social Service from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. In addition, Rena is certified as a Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and holds post masters certification in Couple and Family Therapy from the Council for Relationships in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Prior to moving to Florida, Rena worked at Jewish Family and Children’s Service (JFCS) in Cherry Hill New Jersey for 16 years where she served as the Director of Clinical Services for 9 years in addition to providing therapy at the agency and at her own private practice, where she specialized in working with adults, couples and families.
