Philosophy of Counseling
Natalie believes in an internal locus of control, meaning the client has the ability to take control of their lives. We are in control of our thoughts and by extension our actions and reactions. Through therapy, clients can regain control over their lives and improve not only relationships with others, but their relationship with themselves.
